Part-Time Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to perform blood collection and related tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires excellent phlebotomy skills across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality, error-free work with minimal supervision. Covering multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, often with short notice. Adhering to all policies, safety protocols, and dress codes. Making decisions based on established procedures and exercising good judgment. Communicating effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors, and demonstrating superior customer service. Handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in some states. 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Experience in a Patient Service Center environment and customer service background highly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed.
