We are seeking caring and dedicated Home Care Aides and Certified Caregivers to provide personalized, high-quality care to clients in their homes throughout Kitsap, King, and Pierce Counties .

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care and Daily Living

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal hygiene needs.
• Support clients with activities of daily living while respecting their dignity and independence.

Mobility and Safety

• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, as trained and authorized.
• Help maintain a safe living environment and identify potential hazards.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition

• Prepare meals based on clients’ dietary requirements and personal preferences.
• Assist with feeding when needed and within the care plan.

Light Housekeeping

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other essential household tasks related to client care.

Companionship and Transportation

• Provide friendly companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as assigned and when transportation arrangements permit.

Health Observation and Documentation

• Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or mental well-being.
• Record daily care activities, observations, and incidents accurately.
• Follow care plans and report concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.

Communication and Teamwork

• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team.
• Follow established care procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Washington State caregiver credential appropriate for the position, such as Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or another accepted credential.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, including assisting clients with mobility and transfers, with appropriate training and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following care plans and agency procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as required for assigned client duties.
• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or a related field.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Food Worker Card.
• Experience assisting clients with personal care, mobility, companionship, and daily living activities.

Service Areas:

We are recruiting caregivers to serve clients throughout:

• Kitsap County
• King County
• Pierce County

Caregivers should be comfortable traveling to client homes within their agreed-upon service area.
