Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now. Earn $16.00 per hour. Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (weekends until 5:00 p.m.). Job Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facilities. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and navigate facilities for up to 50% of the time, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation: Required to have a valid driver’s license and to use their own vehicle for travel between different work locations or other work‑related business.
