(St. Gabriel, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Line Technician to support warehouse production operations for a leading manufacturer of high-performance, plug-and-play LED sports lighting systems. This position plays an essential role in assembling lighting system components, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring products are built to quality standards for athletic facilities across the country. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Essential Duties:

- Assemble components for LED sports lighting systems using basic hand tools.

- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.

- Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.

- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

- Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.

- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse responsibilities as needed.

- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

- Work overtime and weekends when production demands require.

Requirements/Skills:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

- Ability to use basic hand tools, including drills, screwdrivers, and measuring tape.

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

- Forklift experience is a plus; training may be provided.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.

- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.

- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds regularly.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a production environment.

- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures while maintaining productivity.
