ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Perren - State Farm Agent, you will successfully offer products and services to help customers manage the risks of everyday life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
