Overview Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, located in the Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, or West Linn area. Benefits Attractive pay: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Choice of PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth Paid time off Up to $1,000 in free healthcare services with Amedisys HSA plan Up to $500 in wellness rewards (spas, gyms, sports, hobbies, pets, etc.) Mental health support – up to five free counseling sessions through the Employee Assistance program 401(k) with company match Family support – infertility treatment coverage, adoption reimbursement, paid parental and family caregiver leave Fleet vehicle program (restrictions apply) and mileage reimbursement Benefit eligibility may vary by position and shift status; participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan Responsibilities Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit Collaborate with physician and RN frequently to ensure patient needs are met; notify them promptly when patient condition changes Teach patients and caregivers self‑care techniques Check vital signs Review all medications and perform a medication reconciliation at each visit Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (e.g., Foley catheter change) Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications One year of clinical LPN experience Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance Amedisys is an equal‑opportunity employer.
