Production Scheduler (2nd Shift)


Location: Tulare, CA
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment (Approx. 8+ weeks)
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 8-hour shifts | 4pm to 12am
Schedule: 6 days per week with rotating days off
Start Date: ASAP (as early as next week)

Position Overview


A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Production Scheduler (2nd Shift) to support operations during a critical production period. This is a fast-paced role responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining production flow, and ensuring timely communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules to meet operational demands
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Track and manage materials, inventory levels, and timelines
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office programs to manage scheduling and reporting
• Communicate updates, delays, and changes across departments
• Support overall production planning and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Prior experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience working with SAP required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and able to work a 6-day rotating schedule
