Monday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations, including patient rooming, scheduling, vital signs, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients.

• Schedule appointments and answer phones.

• Take and record vital signs.

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture.

• Administer vaccines.

• Perform EKG and Point-of-Care (POC) testing.

• Provide additional clinical support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in addition to an externship.

• Phlebotomy/venipuncture and EMR experience.

• Front/back-office experience.

• Scheduling and patient rooming experience.

• BLS or CPR certification. Candidates without either may start pending approval from Marathon.

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification.

• Occupational Health experience.

• EKG experience.
