Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Solar general labor tasks that include: Load and unload equipment and materials Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts Racking assembly General cleanup and clearing of debris All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Experience in construction preferred Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs. Please note: the duties and responsibilities of this position may change without notice. Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.A FEW BENEFITS OFFERED INCLUDES
