CNC Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Cincinnati, OHShift: 1stResponsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment according to OEM specifications and company procedures.Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.Calibrate machine geometry, alignment, and tooling using precision measuring instruments while documenting maintenance activities in the CMMS.Monitor coolant systems, perform concentration testing and changeouts, and ensure proper disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.Identify equipment wear trends, recommend preventative improvements, and coordinate complex repairs with OEM technical support when necessary.Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of heat treat and furnace equipment, including calibration support and system inspections.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years maintaining CNC machining equipment.Hands-on experience performing preventive maintenance on CNC lathes and mills with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Proficiency using precision measuring tools and CMMS software to document maintenance activities and equipment history.Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and industrial safety practices; OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift certification are preferred (or willingness to obtain).Experience with Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, or similar CNC equipment is preferred; aerospace manufacturing, AS9100, and heat treat/furnace maintenance experience are a plus.
