Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial/Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial/industrial painting, specifically in healthcare settings , and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial products. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment and other tools to apply paint efficiently.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint thickness.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including the use of forklifts and cranes when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment as needed.
