Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Support team in achieving healthcare targets and goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Utilize healthcare technology and tools effectively.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a results-driven environment with high visibility of work activity.
• Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain medical records.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards compliance.
• Capability to contribute to a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
• Experience in utilizing healthcare technology and tools effectively.
