NOW HIRING: FLUX CORE WELDERS – FORT WORTH
$20–$23/HR | BASED ON WELD TEST
Fort Worth, TX | 2nd Shift & Weekend Shift Available
We’re looking for experienced Flux Core Welders to join a leading manufacturer of utility poles and monopoles. If you have experience welding heavy-gauge structural steel, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Flux Core weld using 1/16" or .052" wire
- Weld structural steel components
- Perform quality welds while following safety procedures
- Work overtime as required
Weld Test
Candidates must pass:
- 2G Bend Test
- V-Groove with Backing Bar – 1" Plate
Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Mandatory overtime required.
Requirements
- Flux Core welding experience required
- Heavy-gauge/structural steel experience preferred
- Must be able to pass the weld test
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work mandatory overtime
