School Operations Manager - Nonprofit Education Program

What You’ll Do As Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person making sure the site runs smoothly, safely, and ready for action every day. You’ll: Coordinate daily logistics—opening and closing, buses, lunches, and volunteer check-in. Ensure operational readiness with supplies, technology, and custodial/maintenance support. Oversee safety procedures, including emergency protocols and check-in/check-out systems. Support simulation programs, handling setup, troubleshooting, and tech support. Keep track of supplies and event logistics to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Serve as a subject matter expert on organization programs. Step in as backup for the Simulation Lead Manager (tech) and the Director (budgeting and reporting). Why You’ll Love It Here A rich history of helping local communities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Nonprofit Management, Operations, or related field. 5+ years in operations, facilities, or logistics (nonprofit/educational experience a plus). Skilled in daily site logistics, safety, and operational readiness. Comfortable with technology troubleshooting and supporting program simulations/events. Experience managing budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships. Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
