EM Assembler I - Contract to Hire, Immediate Opening

The EM Assembler I position is located in Westborough, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and precision in the assembly of electrical and mechanical products.

Shift of the EM Assembler I:
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate of the EM Assembler I:
$20 per hour.

Responsibilities of the EM Assembler I:

Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
Collaborate with teams ranging from 2-8 people.

Qualifications of the EM Assembler I:

High School diploma or GED with experience; technical school preferred.
Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment to quality standards.
Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity; exposure to hand tools and power tools is a plus.
