We are seeking Maintenance Cleaners at our Montgomery, AL location. We Offer: Competitive wages; Room for advancement; On‑site parking; Training provided; Full Time, 1st Shift, Saturday to Tuesday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM Job Responsibilities: Perform basic cleaning and sanitation functions in the building (sweeping floor, wiping equipment and walls, disinfecting areas of the plant); Provide robotics sanitation functions and drum cleaning in the facility; Utilize hand and power tools are required on machine parts to remove, clean, or re‑assemble equipment; Must wear proper PPE (steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, paint suits, etc.); Perform repetitive physical tasks including working in confined space, and lifting up to 50lbs; Work in hot manufacturing areas to clean and maintain robotic paint arms, remove covers, and sanitize machinery; Work from heights of up to 10 ft. to reach and maintain robotic equipment; Work from confined spaces as required to perform in‑between and beneath machine equipment functions, including paint lines, grates, and other heavy equipment as required; Utilize heavy water blasting to clean conveyor lines, walls, floors, and mechanical chains; Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset; Experience using hand‑tools for maintenance is an asset; Previous experience working in an industrial environment or at a heavy labourer capacity is an asset; Motivated and self‑driven person; team player attitude with a willingness to learn; Safety conscious with an attention to detail; Must be able to work all weekends including overtime as required; Must have reliable transportation to commute to Montgomery, AL for work.
