Position Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting Compensation $146,000 - $201,000 annually, depending on experience Overview This opportunity involves leading the company's global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and regulatory requirements. The role offers a chance to step into a leadership position where you can make a significant impact, contributing to global consistency and financial reporting excellence. Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead global consolidated internal and external financial reporting Conduct complex technical accounting research for US GAAP and IFRS Establish global accounting standards and policies Oversee consolidated global US GAAP audit Drive transformation of general accounting functions Design global accounting guidance and use of systems/software Partner with stakeholders for policy alignment and controls Lead and develop the global accounting team Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years combined in Public Accounting, Manufacturing Industry, and Global experience 3-5+ years of management experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with SAP or OneStream Manufacturing environment exposure Experience in multinational or global organizations This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
