The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of innovative nursing education. This role involves serving as the Chief Nurse Administrator, leading long-range strategic planning, and overseeing program assessment activities. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and student-centered learning, as well as building and sustaining community and healthcare partnerships. Applicants must have a Master's degree in Nursing, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in higher education nursing administration. The role requires a current unencumbered RN license and a strong background in nursing education, curriculum development, and academic leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in faculty and student engagement, as well as experience in accreditation processes, strategic planning, and budget management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to student success, faculty development, and inclusive excellence. The Executive Director will also be expected to have a strong record of scholarship and professional engagement in nursing or healthcare organizations.
