We’re working with a growing organization in the construction/infrastructure space that is looking to add an experienced Labor Compliance Specialist to its team.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who understands the details behind prevailing wage, certified payroll, public works compliance, and the labor requirements that come with complex construction projects.
The person in this role will independently support multiple active projects, review and audit Certified Payroll Reports, interpret prevailing wage and fringe benefit requirements, assist with apprenticeship and skilled workforce compliance, and help ensure projects remain audit-ready.
We’re especially interested in candidates who bring:
• 2–4+ years of labor compliance experience within state and/or federally funded construction projects
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements
• Experience with California DIR and public works compliance
• Exposure to union labor agreements and union representatives
• Experience with LCPtracker or similar labor compliance systems
• The ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and compliance requirements
Compensation: $32.73–$43.22/hour
Structure: Temp-to-hire with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
