Branch Wholesale Product Specialist
$55k - $70kSherwin-Williams seeks a Branch Wholesale Product Specialist to drive sales and support growth within our Manufacturing-focused Sales & Business Development team. In this branch-based role, you will serve as the product expert for paints, coatings, and related solutions for professional, industrial, and commercial customers. Responsibilities include building relationships with wholesale accounts, providing technical product guidance, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with branch operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. You will collaborate with Sales & Business Development leaders to execute local growth strategies and promotions, while using CRM and branch systems to track activity and results. This position offers hands-on exposure to the Sherwin-Williams product portfolio, continuous training, and the opportunity to grow your career within an inclusive, innovative culture committed to customer success.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Sherwin-Williams paints, coatings, and related products to wholesale branch customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial, and commercial clients
- Provide product expertise, color matching, and application recommendations
- Support branch sales strategies, promotions, and business development initiatives
- Generate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Participate in training to enhance technical product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain organized records in CRM/POS systems and prepare basic sales reports
- Uphold Sherwin-Williams' safety, diversity, and customer service standards
