Associate Transactional Attorney (3-5 Years of Experience)

What You’ll Do: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business documents. Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day business operations. Conduct due diligence and support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to deliver practical and strategic solutions. Contribute to litigation support as needed, including research and drafting. What We’re Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Florida Bar. 3–5 years of experience in transactional or corporate law; some litigation exposure a plus. Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
