Guest Experience Specialist – One Day Per WeekGreco Properties is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Shoreview, MN. This is a part-time position working one day per week and is a great fit for someone looking to supplement a full-time job with a consistent, people-focused role.No property management experience is required. Win Together. - we create unique living experiences through exceptional service and genuine hospitality.As our Guest Experience Specialist, you'll help make sure residents, prospects, and guests feel welcomed and taken care of. You'll support the Property Manager with move-ins, resident needs, front desk responsibilities, and the small details that help create a 5-star experience.What You'll DoWelcome and assist residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.Coordinate resident move-ins and follow-up.Assist with move-outs, inspections, documentation, and keys.Support front desk and administrative responsibilities.Receive, organize, and monitor incoming packages.Respond to resident questions and help resolve day-to-day concerns.Complete move-in readiness checks and occasional light touch-up cleaning.Help with resident events and share ideas that make the community even better.Assist with social media content as needed.Support the Property Manager with other community needs.What We're Looking ForFriendly, outgoing, professional, and dependable.Someone who genuinely enjoys helping and interacting with people.Strong communication and customer-service skills.Organized and comfortable juggling a few different responsibilities.Able to work independently and take initiative.Previous customer-facing experience preferred, but property management experience is not required.
