Pipe Fabricator

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay: $20–25/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Qualified Staffing is hiring Pipe Fabricators for a growing industrial supply and fabrication company in Richmond, VA. This position focuses on fabricating, preparing, and assembling steel pipe and related materials while maintaining exceptional quality and safety.

• Fabricate and assemble steel pipe and related components
• Read fabrication drawings and work orders
• Measure, mark, cut, and thread pipe
• Operate angle grinders, plasma cutters, pipe threaders, and fabrication tools
• Prepare fittings for welding and assembly
• Load, unload, and organize materials
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe fabrication area
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
• Welding or pipe fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred
