- Strong Agile Project management capabilities.
- Proficient in using Rally (or similar Agile Project Management tool) to help drive a metrics driven approach for IT team.
- Strong communications, negotiation, and related skills • Strong facilitation skills to deliver collaborative strategies and solutions.
- Capability to manage complex initiatives (integration, risks, issues, etc.)
- Capability to formulate and communicate strategy.
- Ability to think innovatively to identify product improvements using data and or customer feedback.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Ability to adapt communication style and approach
- Business/Systems knowledge with respect to Marketing Sales and especially Dealer Systems is a plus.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Technical Background with exposure to coding/architecture • Experience in working directly with PDO teams.
- Ability to provide IT expertise to deliver business strategies or recommend alternative solutions.
- Working knowledge of IT and Finance policy.
- Ability to bring technical experience together with business knowledge.
- Knowledge of Ford PDO expeditions and ability to lead teams in this model.
- Prior experience working with major programs/products involving multiple stakeholders or multiple regions.
- Five or more years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
- Hands on experience in Agile principles & practices.
- 4+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT including experience with Agile Framework in support of Product Teams.
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology related discipline
