Job Description Create proactive, multi-year tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses Work across S-corps, partnerships, and C-corps — structuring, strategizing, and advising, not just complying Build deep, trusted relationships with sophisticated clients who value your insight Manage and mentor tax associates, raising the level of everyone around you Leverage the latest and greatest in tax technology — you need to be genuinely tech-savvy and always sharpening the toolset Qualifications CPA or EA 4+ years of tax experience, with real depth in planning and entity work Exceptionally organized, with relentless attention to detail Articulate and polished, you communicate with clarity and command, in writing and in the room A natural leader who can manage people and own outcomes Energized by a small, high-caliber environment where your work is visible and your standards matter Additional Information Why Join?
