Service Porter

Pay Offered: Starting at $18-$19 hourly

Schedule: Set schedule/4 10-hour shifts. We will discuss exact days at interview.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Fixed Ops Manager.

Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles and assist shuttle driver.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
• May assist with scheduling for service. Will cross train in other roles.

What You'll Bring

• Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the Toyota brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• 1+ year of previous dealership experience is ideal but not required
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00-$19.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
