The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in electrical construction and project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Planning, organizing, and leading electrical projects from start to finish.Developing project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Reviewing and interpreting electrical blueprints and specifications.Procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project completion.Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget.Requirements include:Prior experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical construction industry.Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management software and MS Office.Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.Prior experience in the field as an electrician is preferred, however, not required.Benefits include:Competitive salary and benefits package.Growth opportunities within a reputable company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional development and training programs.The opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.
