On-Call Front Desk Coverage

Front Desk Staff
Front desk staff make our clients feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. As a team member, they are responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greets all members and guests to create welcoming environment
- Develops positive relationships with members
- Facility/member tours
- Answers incoming phone calls and provides messages or returns calls as needed
- Accepts member feedback and concerns professional and communicates to management
- Cleaning of fitness center and equipment
- Notifies management of equipment needs
We are a fairly new facility with great equipment! Members are very friendly and we try to create a welcoming environment for them.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
