Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of insurance policies so our clients feel truly confident in their protection. Conduct comprehensive reviews of client accounts to ensure they are adequately protected as their lives evolve. Respond to inquiries with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a focus on finding real solutions. Collaborate with the agency team to maintain a clean and organized office environment that makes visitors feel at home. Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest adjustments that provide better peace of mind for our neighbors. Requirements Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License. Washington State Life & Health Insurance License. Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service roles. Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms. Ability to engage with people from all walks of life in a helpful and clear manner. Strong organizational skills to manage a busy calendar and follow-up tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
