As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you will bring your professional and clinical knowledge to manage and deliver care to patients in a dynamic Labor and Delivery setting. Your role will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Floating to Post-Partum units as needed, up to 1-2 shifts a week
• Utilizing EPIC EMR system for documentation

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Iowa RN license
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS and ACLS certifications
• Certification from the Association of Women‘s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoring
• Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• High-risk and high-acuity experience in a high-volume delivery center ( deliveries/month)
• Comfortable floating to Post-Partum
