As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in JPMorgan’s Merchant Services team, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized. Job responsibilities Monitors the health and performance of beta and pilot products to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvement Conducts comprehensive data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and forecast future outcomes Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback Safeguards a positive client experience through structured tollgates, pre-defined blueprints, and actively monitored feedback Manages solution advancement from launch to general availability Mitigates blockers that prevent product readiness and client adoption Collaborate closely with commercialization and go to market to improve product adoption and profitability Track and analyze how clients are using our products to ensure results are realized. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions offered to clients. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of product Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse teams Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3-5 years of payments and/or merchant services experience working directly with clients or client solutions and client experience Experience with technologies, APIs, HTML, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Splunk and/or mobile applications and web services Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment Expertise with cloud-based solutions and technologies Familiarity with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Monday #J-18808-Ljbffr Testing Site - JPMC
