Technical Support Specialist

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Fully Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

On Cue Hire is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist for a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This role will provide hands-on technical support across macOS and Windows environments, supporting end users and day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices.
  • Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user accounts, permissions, and authentication.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
  • Resolve and document service requests in a timely manner.
  • Support IT security practices, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT support, help desk, service desk, or desktop support experience.
  • Strong macOS troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and mixed-platform environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Boca Raton, Monday-Friday.
