Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches is looking for full time Assistant Managers for our newest location in Herndon, VA!

We offer a dynamite pay and bonus incentive program, huge opportunity for advancement, and a clean, fun work environment. Candidate must be highly energetic, GREAT with people, available to work flexible hours and be committed to a company paid three week out of state training program.

As an Assistant Manager you will work side by side with the owner to learn and manage all aspects of store operations the Jimmy John’s Way, while producing sandwiches freaky fast! This high-speed execution has earned us the reputation of “Subs So Fast You’ll Freak!” and “Americas #1 Sandwich Delivery”.

Some qualities we are looking for:

• Ability to manage multiple situations effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal finesse
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and planning skills
• Team-building skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Retail/Customer Service experience is helpful
• College courses in business can take the place for some experience
• 18+ years old
