Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Flexible schedules. Benefits Competitive compensation Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity Monthly bonuses based on office performance Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and more Continuing Education reimbursement up to $250 per year for hygienists after one year of employment Company‑provided certification trainings (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride Offer Same‑Day Care opportunities to patients Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and needs and review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) Experience working with pediatric patients (70% or more of patient base) Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment EEO & Anti-Discrimination Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
