Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing. One year of home health experience as an RN and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Ability to self‑manage your time and schedule. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
