Daytime Facility Care & Maintenance Technician

PMM Companies is seeking a Hybrid Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and general building repair under supervision. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter, drywall, and painting tasks, operate the building alarm system, inspect extinguishers, and assist with event setups. This full-time on-site role requires lifting up to 55 lbs and on-call responsiveness for security monitoring.
