Fund Accountant

Work Schedule & Location

Hybrid: 3 days/week in office (preferably Mon–Wed; flexible if needed)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST

Location: 1850 Osborn, Oshkosh, WI (free parking available)

Interview Process

1–2 Microsoft Teams interviews (camera on) with manager and team member

Key Requirements

Proficiency in Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP)

Accounting background with cash account reconciliation

Experience with CLO/CDO Suite

Workday Financials (GL inquiry & reporting)

Hands-on general ledger and subledger reconciliation

Role Overview

Reconcile Commercial Loans in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Perform research, balancing, adjustments, GL uploads, and risk mitigation

Meet daily goals and SLAs while clearing outstanding items

Work within a team of 8 (primarily Oshkosh-based)

6-month contract with possible extension

Job Responsibilities

Process transactions and maintain accounts/ledgers including AP, journal entries, invoices, expense reports, and billing

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data

Research discrepancies and implement corrections

Respond to inquiries and validate/post financial data

Prepare routine financial reports and analysis

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles

Experience in reconciliation, accounting, GL, and banking

Ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office

5+ years of experience is a plus
