Metal Shop Helper – Immediate Opening
Join our growing metal fabrication team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Metal Shop Helper to assist with daily shop operations and support welders, fabricators, and machine operators.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with material handling and shop cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload, and move steel and metal products
- Help with cutting, grinding, deburring, and basic fabrication tasks
- Support production and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous shop, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
