Schedule: Flexible schedule with shared on-call coverage

Location: West Valley City, UT

Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group.

Responsibilities

•Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients

•Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

•Perform follow-ups and medication management

•Maintain accurate EMR documentation (eClinicalWorks)

•Collaborate with care teams and participate in shared calls

Qualifications

•MD or DO degree from an accredited program

•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

•Active or eligible for Utah medical license

•Ability to obtain credentialing and insurance approvals

•Strong clinical and patient care skills
