The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Home Care Assistant Manager to join our team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. Responsibilities Oversees the private duty services in the community Orientation and training of caregivers Scheduling Determines client needs and assigns appropriate personnel Perform assessments, spot checks and meet and greets Assist with payroll and billing Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of personnel as applicable and all other federal, state, and accreditation regulations Qualifications Current CPR certification CNA certification required Good verbal communication skills required Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance - begin the 1st of the month after your start date! 401(k) matching Bonus potential Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Daily meals provided Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
