We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Tire & Lube Technician to join our client's automotive service team in Greenwood, AR. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to move into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Tire & Lube Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and safe for the road. The Tire & Lube Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance services, including tire care and basic automotive upkeep. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, rotate, balance, and replace tires as needed
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and top-offs
• Complete routine maintenance services according to company standards
• Identify and communicate minor mechanical issues to leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate with customers as needed
• Assist team members as necessary to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair, tire service, or a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
