About the Role

Are you an experienced Tool and Die Maker ready to take the next step in your career? AVP has an immediate opening for a skilled professional to engineer, build, and maintain our stamping operation.

We are actively looking to modernize and upgrade our machine shop. If you have a strong background in advanced machining and design, you could be the key person to bring our company to the next level by leading this technological evolution.

What You’ll Do

Design & Engineer: Utilize your strong mathematical background to independently design, engineer, and troubleshoot high-quality stamping louver dies.
Precision Machining: Safely and efficiently operate standard machine shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Innovate: Help guide our shop's transition into newer technologies using your CNC and CAD expertise.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven machine shop experience.
Core Skills: Proficient with manual lathes, mills, and grinders, backed by a strong mathematical aptitude for self-directed design work.
Technical Pluses: Extensive experience with CNC machining and CAD programming is highly valued and will fast-track your impact on our upcoming shop upgrades.
