Remittance Processing Specialist II- Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift

Shift 2nd, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm & Saturday 10:00am - 6:30pm Job Duties The Processing Specialist II performs complex sorting and decisioning of non‑standard or rejected transactions. The focus is to execute day‑to‑day reject decisioning and processing functions: Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision‑making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header. High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning – extract and scan on high speed and moderate to complex client handling using I‑Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon equipment. Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning according to client processing instructions. Maintain accurate work and performance output in accordance with department standards. Provide training assistance when needed. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Computer skills. Ability to read and make decisions. Ability to work well independently and with others on tasks for all clients. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves. Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience. Additional Basic Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
