Maps Credit Union is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing Wealth Management team. The Client Service Associate plays an important role in delivering an exceptional member experience while providing essential support to financial advisors and the broader Wealth Team.

Maps offers its investment services program through Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group, a channel of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Client Service Associates are dual employees of Maps Credit Union and Ameriprise and benefit from the resources, expertise, and support of both organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional service by responding to member inquiries, identifying needs, and delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Process client transactions, including disbursements, deposits, account updates, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide support throughout the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
• Support financial advisors by scheduling and coordinating appointments, preparing for client meetings, and ensuring forms and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Serve as a liaison between members, Ameriprise, Maps Credit Union, and other internal departments.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with members, clients, financial advisors, and internal business partners.
• Demonstrate Maps’ core values in every interaction: commitment, character, collaboration, competence, and composition.
• Partner with branch teams to support sales initiatives, referrals, and financial education opportunities.
• Support investment and Credit Union integration initiatives, including seminars, branch training, and member outreach events.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Credit Union, FINRA, SEC, Ameriprise, BSA, OFAC, AML, Regulation BI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support departmental goals and strategic initiatives established by Wealth Team leadership.
• Represent Maps Investments with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

• An Associate’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of direct investment experience or related experience in a financial services setting.
• Clean FINRA record (Applicants with discrepancies may need to provide a letter of explanation.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be bondable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting clients and advisors working with investments and insurance.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 66 licenses (Active licenses are not required; however, licenses will be obtained with employer support.)
• SIE License.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses (Oregon).

Starting non-exempt pay range: $28.00 - $32.80 per hour, depending on relevant experience and licensing. This position is eligible to earn incentives.
