* Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
* Utilize POS systems effectively, including Aloha POS, to manage transactions and track sales data.
* Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for cost reduction.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high employee morale.
* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
* Plan and execute promotional events to enhance customer engagement. *Experience** Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
* Strong knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and budgeting.
* Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred.
* Experience in both quick service fast food restaurants and fine dining establishments is a plus.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
