Associate Hand Hygiene Program Manager (Local / Onsite)

Job Summary As part of the Hand Hygiene Observation Team, this entry‑level role will assist in observing, documenting and coaching staff and patients at many of our patient care facilities in the proper hand‑washing techniques. The position is full‑time, offers flexible hours and requires onsite work at multiple facilities, a lot of walking, strong people skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the hand hygiene program. Observe, document and coach staff and patients in proper hand‑washing techniques. Assists in budgetary management for the program(s). The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
