The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the post-funding lifecycle strategy, with a focus on maximizing the value of every customer relationship. This includes anticipating market trends, making data-driven decisions on the next-best-offer, and treating LTV, repeat-borrow rate, and portfolio yield as key performance indicators. The role demands a leader who can operate with a high level of analytical and financial fluency, and who is adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive performance. The Head of Lifecycle Marketing will also be instrumental in evolving the business model to view the borrower relationship as a long-term engagement, rather than a single transaction.
