Head of Strategic Accounts

You'll be the founding commercial leader at Levenza.

Levenza is an AI-native startup building administrative agents for the enterprise. Our customers include most of the world's top consulting and PE firms, as well as Fortune 500s.

We've achieved profitability and are growing quickly with multiple millions of new ARR added in the last quarter and zero churn.

Our founders come from Bain, Databricks, and Uber. We bring deep firsthand knowledge of how elite professional services firms operate alongside the technical depth to build AI agents tailored to these environments. Our bet is that the highest-value AI agents will be customized and deeply embedded in vertical-specific workflows. Enterprises run on administrative work that horizontal AI addresses poorly, and that's where we're winning today.

About the role

You'll be the founding commercial leader at Levenza. To start, you'll directly manage our largest enterprise relationships. The work is heavy on business judgment and closer to running a consulting engagement at the partner level than running a sales pipeline.

You'll partner with the founding team on the strategic conversations that shape our future direction, and you'll have a clear path to CRO or COO as we scale.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end relationships with our largest enterprise customers, including many of the world's top consultancies
• Lead the successful deployment of our AI agent across 10,000+ users — partnering with the CEO and product team to land the product, drive adoption, and demonstrate ROI
• Run strategic conversations and workshops with senior enterprise buyers at elite professional services firms and F500s
• Own commercial conversations including procurement, legal and security review, pricing, and contract renewals
• Refine and execute our GTM strategy and build the playbooks that future hires will use
• Partner closely with engineering to translate customer needs into product priorities

What we're looking for

Someone who can credibly run a room of C-suite executives from day one and add real value in conversations about their AI strategy.

• 5-8 years at MBB or an equivalent top-tier consulting firm, ideally as Engagement Manager / Project Leader / Senior Manager, with additional experience in a high-growth software environment
• Strong commercial instincts: comfortable with a complex, consultative approach to selling and deploying enterprise software
• Scrappy, self-starter mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and excited to build from the ground up
• Genuine curiosity about AI: uses it daily and has opinions worth defending on where the technology is going
