DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAIL LEAD?

Lead and support the detailing team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards and delivery timelines. Coach, train, and develop detail technicians while promoting accountability, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the department. Oversee exterior washes, interior cleaning, and final presentation to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in showroom-ready condition. Perform or assist with paint polishing and buffing as needed while training team members on proper techniques Conduct final quality inspections, ensuring every repair is customer-ready Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing department Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and communicate effectively with production leadership to keep repairs moving. Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds You must have a valid driver's license Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude We’ll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
