Commission Sales - Men's Apparel

Brobston Group

Summary

Provide personalized men's apparel styling and customer service while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Create coordinated wardrobes across casualwear, suiting, footwear, and accessories.

Responsibilities

Follow the selling standard to welcome customers, offer style and fit advice, and build loyalty through follow-up and digital tools.
Develop a personal customer base, meet sales goals, and maintain knowledge of products and trends.
Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, recovery, and inventory participation.
Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
Goal-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to build customer relationships.
Team-first mindset, comfort with technology, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
